No religion in school. No prayer in school. No God in school.
This is a very tragic state this nation has found itself in. There is, however, light that still
does shine.
I was very blessed to see that my daughters school (which is a public school) does not follow
these 'no rules' to the letter.
I was taking my daughter back to school after an appointment and as I was leaving,
she motioned to me to come down the hall a few feet to see the banner she helped work on.
She pointed at the wall and there was a banner about 5 feet in length. I stood there in amazement at
what the banner said.
"but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"
I asked her about it and she said the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) made it of which
she is a member. This banner is such a great witness to the kids at the school. I am so thankful that my
daughters' school is not one of those that chooses to be 'politically correct' in todays world.
